The startDrag Function makes target movie clips draggable while the movies are playing. You can drag only one movie clip at a time. When a startDrag() operation executes, the movie clip stays draggable until it is stopped explicitly by the stopDrag(), or until another startDrag() action is called for another movie clip.
This functions is supported in Flash Lite if the “system.capabilities.hasMouse” or System.capabilities.hasStylus are “True”
Syntax
startDrag(target:Object [, lock:Boolean, left:Number, top:Number, right:Number, bottom:Number]) : Void
target:Object is the path of the movie clip.
lock:Boolean –this is optional and it is a Boolean value that specifies if the draggable movie is locked to the center of the mouse “True” or locked to where the user first clicked the movie clip “false”.
right, bottom, left, top:Number(this is optional) and they are values of the coordinates of the movie that specify the constraint rectangle of the movie clip.
