How to reset Administrator Password in Joomla via cPanel

To reset Administrator Password in Joomla do the following:
1.Login to your Cpanel and then go to phpMyAdmin. The select the Joomla database from the list of databases.
2.Go to the SQL tab and type the following line in the text field;
UPDATE `jos_users` SET `password` = MD5( 'your_new_password' ) WHERE `jos_users`.`username` = "admin" ;
3.click on the GO button to submit your query.
