can we as desugner propose a one on one project to the Contest Holder ?
recently, i won a contest, and would like to propose him another design job.
is it possible, or we as the designer could only wait for the invitation ?

Hello,
no, you can not propose a 1on1 to a contest holder, think of 1on1 like a contest your just the only one participating.
What you could do is leave a comment to the contest holder if he/she has any open contest, but be polite about it and don't impose too much
