Add Sparkles with JASC Paint Shop Pro 9

To add sparkles with JASC Paint Shop Pro 9 do the following:
1.Download sparkle filter plug-in into and install it.
2.Start your Paint Shop Pro 9 application and open a new image.
Select properties of 70x35 dimensions, Transparent and 16.7 million colors.
3. Duplicate the image twice by pressing "Shift+D" twice. Making a total of three open images.
4.Go to the "Materials" palette and choose a color from the "Foreground and Stroke Properties" box.
5. Select the tool "Flood Fill Tool" which resembles a bucket pouring paint. Click on all three images in order to fill them with the color you just selected.
6.Click the first image, select "Adjust" and then click "Add/Remove Noise."
from the "Add/Remove Noise" box, choose the "Gaussian" setting. And select "Noise 50 percent." Select the box right next to "Monochrome".
5.go to the Effects tab and select "Plug-ins." Choose "VM Natural." And click on "Sparkle." Using the slider, change the Max Size to 50.
6. Move the Red Slider, Green slider and Blue slider up to 255
7.Set the Random Color On/Off slider to 255 and the Random Seed slider to 100 and click OK.
8.Repeat the same process for the second image changing only the settings of
Noise to 60 %, and in Sparkle menu change the Random Seed to 115.
8.Repeat the same process for the third image. Changing only the Noise to 70 % and in the Sparkle menu change the Random Seed to 130.
9.Copy the first image, and open the Jasc Animation Shop and then select "Paste as a New Animation."
10.Return to the Paint Shop Pro and copy the second image, then go back to the Jasc Animation Shop and select "Paste After Current." And do the same thing for the third image.
11.Select View Animation. You will see a window displaying with the glitter animation. Save your animation as a .gif file.
