To add RSS Feed to WordPress Posts
1.login to your WordPress site
2. Go to "Settings" , then "Reading Settings" option.
3. In the "Syndication feeds show the most recent" field, type in the number of posts you want to display in your RSS feed
4. Depending on what you want to display to your RSS readers, switch feed display between the options "Full Text" and "Summary" .
5 .Click the "Save Changes" button.
