not bad the logo, would reduce much more the emblem to make it uniform with the typography, but cool logo. an appropriate color

if im not mistaken, the umbrella symbolizes the "protect" and the tie symbolizes the "job"?

I think it can use an icon "shield" for symbol a "protector"...
