TOYO spot color inks

Has any used TOYO ink swatches from their color books? These are spot ink colors from Japan. TOYO had many subtle ink colors not available from Pantone. Some commercial printers around here supported it. It just depended on whether it was available from ink suppliers as they could not mix it themselves. If you were printing in Japan , it was no problem....
