I did a good job, but I can not participate

Hi,
I am not really complaining, just getting this off my chest. I stumbled upon this site doing other things (as is a known fact of life) and found a contest I could easily contest in. So, without studying the rules at all I whiffed onto completing the project. Only to find myself unable to submit my work as I was registering.

I know rules are set for some reasons. Still is a bit disheartening though.

Keep the project, it will find its customer if it's good. Although, customers usually don't pick the good ones
