To convert PowerPoint to Adobe Flash
.Open your PowerPoint and then open the presentation you want to convert.
.go to File->Save As. And then in the File Type drop-down menu, select "Windows Media Video.". Your presentation will start converting to a .wmv file.
.When the conversion is done, close PowerPoint. Then open your Adobe Media Encoder, and go to "Add" and browse for the file you made and select it.
.Click "Start Queue" button. This will begin the conversion process of your presentation movie file to a .flv file. When the conversion is done, close the Media Encoder.
.Open your Adobe Flash and go to File->Import->import Video and browse to the your.flv file and select it.
.Click "Next" and select the skin of the player Flash will use. Then click Next->Finish
7. Flash will now import your video and then it will place it on the stage
.Select the movie and note down the height and width from the Properties Inspector. Then deselect the movie and click edit in the Properties Inspector, to change the size of the stage. Set the stage’s height and width like your movie’s size and click "OK"
.Select the movie and adjust X,Y position to 0,0. Finally Save your Flash movie.
