Hello guys im just intersting this:

1. File/new - RGB / 72ppi / pixell (640x480)

2. Save for web what type of image shold i use to get best graphic image when i upload it on some contest GIF, JPEG, PNG-8, PNG-24. And witch settings do u use when uploading image on contest?

please i need this answers!

you use 640x480 300 res jpg or png with a white background, pretty simple

72 dpi is better for uploading to the web. The file is much lighter. 300 dpi is for printing.
I usually upload my images in JPG 72 dpi, but if you want ensure high quality you can use PNG24, although it's gonna be much heavier file.
