pretty flower but to heavy on the water. You want the water to add to the photo not distract or take away from the beauty. The drops are too much and make it to where you can not see the flower very well

shake the flower next time to rid the big puddle of water in the center, let it settle for a bit then take your photo.

I bought my camera on the mid of last year, I don't get much time to be with that but whenever I get the chance I utilize it...

you can check some of my clicks and provide your opinion for improvement...

Thanks GJR, I have always had fun taking photos. The thing with macro or close up flower photos you sometimes will see things you do not want in the shot, this happens with extremely good focus and very close up with good lens,

Best advice is to take lots of photos, practice and practice, take MANY photos If you plan on selling your photos then invest in the best camera you can on your budget check out the reviews here Digital Photography Review love this site. Another thing to do is visit critique sites, sign up and start critiquing others work, this will greatly improve your own work! One site is www.photoshig.com this is a site you submit your photos/receive critiques but you are required to give critiques as well, doesn't matter if you are good at critiquing, simply write out what you like and don't like about a photo you will get better at it : ) it is amazing how critiquing will improve your own photo skills

Thank you Sharie, that is great advice.

I never thought about critiquing but that makes perfect sense and thank you for the links :)
