1. First extract your theme by double clicking on the file and selecting where you want to extract your.
2. Find the file "INSTALL.txt" or the file "README.txt" in the extracted folder. Open the file and read the instructions included. If no specific instructions for installation is mentioned continue to the next step.
3. Upload this extracted theme folder to the Drupal installation folder. Drag the theme folder to the directory sites/all/themes.
4.go to your Drupal dashboard ,then go to "AdministerSite Building" -> "Themes"
5.Locate your new theme in the list of available themes until. Enable the theme by clicking on the Enabled box beside the theme name.
6. Click on the button "Save Configuration".
