To create an anchor in Dreamweaver, do the following:
1.Place your cursor on the page where you want to link to.
2.Go to the Insert Panel->Common category-> and Click on the Named Anchor
3.Enter a name for the content or the location on your page . Keep in mind that anchors are case sensitive.
4.Click OK.
