I think beginners will be pumped up to make more! if they be given more chance to submit more entries. And! I think 5 is the magic number. Ideas does'nt come that much in 3 tries. ^_^ Atleast they will be given a head start. Right Guys??? What do you think? Holla back..

There was a recent thread about this topic if you want to check it out: forum/about-designcontest/62983-3-entries-start-little.html

The 3 entry limit is mostly for quality control. New designers need to prove that their designs can contribute to DesignContest. 3 submissions is usually enough, and moving up levels is pretty easy and can happen very quickly. The only issue is when contest holders don't rate submissions... everyone loses when that happens.

yeah. Great idea, but there is a reason why there is limited entries only. And happygd was right. It was for control.

I think the levels are perfect as they are. You should wait for almost no times to have five, if you got some skills. If you don't, then you'll get gradually. good luck all.

If the ch requests edits or wants to see more but did not rate an entry, simply send a ticket in with the contest link and username. We will take a look and see what the ch posted in the comments if ch requested we will then take care of the problem so you have another upload. https://www.designco.../Tickets/Submit

like i said.. the magic number should be five (5) tho. sad but i think that aint happening. 5 entries can be controlled too you know. ^_^

nways, thank you sharie for that info. i oftentimes go to the life chat support. this weekend, from friday night til sat and sun. twas always offline. and i sent a message anyway. but im not sure what to wait for. an email from the DC admin? nways. this is what i see till now (monday afternoon):

"You have reached your upload limit. Please, see how the designer levels work. "

The contest holder now is impatient, so his working now with a competitor artist, who has have unlimited entries for JAMIE WINES. dunno how will i beat him now. It happened twice. I was on top, the next minute im at the bottom of the stack. nways tough luck ^_^

hey thanks for that info GJRDesign ^_^ am i really near at the next level? how do you know that. if you dont mind me asking. im not much with stuff like these. even in FB i suck there. its like battle mode everytime at other sites that im joining. post entries and win or lose then next contests. less talk. more logo making. so uhmmm im kinda new to all of this community stuff. but im getting the hang of it. Jamie wines is the first contest that i joined here and his really nice to talk to and helps in making his logos. his rather active in his logo in the making. ^_^ i wish every contest holder is like that. but! thats just wishful thinking, i know.. LOL

@factoryminion - No problem, Jamie is a cool CH. I think most CH's are pretty good at supplying feedback if they like your designs. If you are not getting feedback it's best to assume they are not that into your design and try something else - that's what I do.

This shows you what you need to level up:
https://www.designco...-designer-level

you've got 35 points - you can see this on your profile page. You just need 3 more forum posts to get to the next level. Make them valuable posts though because forum spamming is against the rules.
