Entry number comment

Hello,
one short question,
if i comment on a blind contest, and i start with " #4 " but number 4 isn't my entry, will the other designer see my comment? and can he also see my entry?

no you can not see the entry that is not yours , why type a number of other designers entry number?

By mistake
I was writing the comment in word, because it's easier, and by the time i submited the entry and comment there was another entry...
so i expected my entry to be 4 but it was 6

Maybe add the feedback icon for designers too? would be useful, especialy for contests with lots of entries or blind contest.
