To make a drop down menu using Dreamweaver CS5

.open your Dreamweaver application
.go to File menu->New and select the option "HTML" for your page type, then click Create.
.Select the button "Design" button to go to the design view. Go to Insert->Form->Select (List/Menu). Type in your drop down menu’s ID and click OK. Dreamweaver will ask you if you want to add a form tag, click Yes.
.go to the drop down menu and select the option "List Values" from the Properties tab. Enter a label for the drop down menu’s first option in the Value column, and put the value that should be sent to the server when the option is selected
.Click on the plus+ button to add more menu options, and repeat the same. When you are done click “OK".
