Adobe Illustrator CS6: How do you trace an image like this?

Hi all, Pls find attached sample image. As you can see in the image, how do I make a path drawing of those curvy wavy shapes at the top? I mean, I can use the pen tool to manually adjust the path curve etc, but that would result in inconsistency across the shapes. Is there a good way of doing this? I need to have a path / pen drawing of this shape below.
