Big Noo!!!

Photoshop is made by a multi-billion dollar company. GIMP is made by a team of dedicated volunteers.

While this hasn’t stopped GIMP from creating a respectable program, it does have a lot of knock-on effects that are unavoidable when you’re faced with such an insurmountable hurdle.

Hey I always like open source program as I can use it for free. So I always find open source program for my work. Recently I found GNU Image Manipulation Program (GIMP) as an alternative of Photoshop. But I am not sure that is it good alternative for photoshop as I am new in designing. How much professional is using it instead of photoshop?

Wide array of specialized tools for specific tasks like retouching, 3D design, and animation.
