How to move to next level ?

There are  no limits per day, guess if you're able to crank them out fast enough. The limits per contest only, depending on your level

i uploaded 3 entries and I've done 3 forum post as well, but i can't see any tick on forum post in my profile.

If there's a limit on the basic level (lvl 1-5), it'll be helpful if the submit button automatically deactive (just an idea for next site's update), so that some of us not mistakenly submit more than the limits.

i have replied to 11 forum posts and only have 45 rating points?

Your level will increase once you start to upload designs and receive ratings (or medals) from clients. Forum posts will increase level as well, but not as much as contest's ratings.

Me too, I had 11 post (post & reply), and I also had 35 + 30 rating, but my points bar didn't show any movement and I'm stuck on level 1. How can I move to the next level ?

So far you have 15entries, which is not much. Between them, only 2 are rated in the same contest. Ratings are calculating by the highest score in one contest, which makes 35 points for now... that is not much as well.

After the contest is done, your highest rated score is going into the rates, medals as well.

Welcome to DC. The limit of submissions has been lifted some time ago, so no worries - you can upload as many designs as you want to.

If it is true, why the DC website still shows following rule when you click your  level tab in the setting page?

"Welcome to the community of DesignContest designers! You are a level 1 designer which means you can submit up to 3 initial entries in each contest you participate in. To increase your upload limit, you need to move up the levels."

Please clarify.

Do levels (and thus points) also change whether you're considered a member, as opposed to junior member?
