Comments in blind contests

Hi everyone!

I'm not sure if this was stated clearly in older posts, searching didn't help much, I'm confused about the comments system in the blind contests in particular, some comments are hidden some are not, can anyone help explain to this newbie about this issue? Thanks!

In a Blind contest you see only the comments you make about your entries or replies to the contestholder about your entries. The comments seen by all are made by using the post new message on comments page by the contestholder, if you reply to those then they are seen by all

To clarify further, does this mean that only comments with the "#(number)" are the ones that are hidden?

Any reference to specific entries by the CH are hidden

I was wondering the exact same thing. In one contest i could only see my comments and no one elses.
I'd love to know why also

Any reference to specific entries by the CH are hidden

If the message about a specific entry is started by the designer should the message be hidden or open?

. If I just want to ask CH a question, without submitted any entry, my comment will be seen by everyone? Is there a way not to happen this? Thank you!
