Inkscape CMYK? Who uses inkscape?

Hi,

I want to use inkscape for logo design but I have come across some issues. From what I have read, inkscape does not support CMYK and the EPS export is not too great, but I have seen here that there are designers here who use inkscape. 

How do you manage to solve this problem? Have you had any issues with it?
