Yes I've got the point but the contest holder hasn't been online since the expirations date.
So how much time does it take to close the contest without CH approval in case of he didn't approved himself even after the other participations had completed their files?

The ch is still working with 1st place winner you will need to wait for this to be complete

and if one of the 3 designers delays making changes to the final version (for various reasons: technical problems, family, health...) then the other 2 designers depend on him and are forced to wait for the client to decide what to do?
