This feature has been requested in the past and actually was a feature before the site update.
We need a button to sort comments by those of the contest holder only.
Now that contests have many hundreds and even thousands of entries, we need to be able to see just the Contest holder comments without scrolling through "War and Peace" to find them.
I am so sorry to have to repeat the request, but the need is real.

I suppose it is not hard for devs to set filters.
no one isn't aware of how important filtering is for freelancing/crowdsourcing plateforms like DC.

The CH gave specific instructions on the comments section, the likes of "please upload just one final design you consider your best" and "please don't put the same comment on every submission", among others, and designers who haven't read those comments did the opposite. I feel sorry for the CH having to deal with this.
I think that instead of filtering, the solution could be that CH's comments were pinned and appear on top every time.
