Nah... There's really cheapo internet hosts out there (1and1.com, for example) which include the domain name in the hosting package. Plus, that page is just an incredibly simple HTML doc that probably didn't take more than five minutes to make. A worthwhile investment for a temporary internet joke.

it wouldn't work this well on a free hosting site. And also any time now he can remove this page and place his portfolio or any other content on the well promoted spot with good google PRstill too much money while he could do it free on a free host with free domain. .com still need to pay for it.

Ahh haha. That is a good idea for a website. If only it was more popular I'm sure the owner could profit off of some advertising revenue..
