Ok so I'm messing around with a old logo concept for a new customer.
I like and dislike it all at the same time. Maybe one of you can give a thought or two..
Be brutal.

@Coy
The negative space leaf is nice.
but...
The fonts and font pairing is very troublesome.
The tekton style logo clashes with the leaf and with the old style serif text.
The leaf is confusing for a construction co. and needs a clear tagline.
The existing tagline is not helpful in understanding the business.
The text crowds the trimmed edges.
(personally, I would have trouble hiring a construction company that does not have a street address.
The company is not incorporated. The card has two names without a company website or email address.
This looks like a couple of friends who getting together to do a little "gig" work and not a serious construction company.)
imho
I hope that this is helpful and not too harsh or critical

The construction company needs to insured, licensed, and bonded.
Each principle needs a separate card.
The font issue is simple aesthetics.
The rest is serious business.
If you needed construction work, would you trust people with this card?
Just saying, you not only need to look professional, you need to BE professional.
A leaf logo in the construction business is weightless. It is not a coffee or organic food business.
Think harder.
Thanks
