Now I've never used vBulletin myself, so I'm not sure how things work, but for my phpBB-forum I just looked up some skins at www.phpbb.com and worked it out from there mixing and matching for something I felt comfortable with.
I thought maybe Templatemonster.com could have something, but seems like they only have for phpBB. :/

I used to have a site that i knew, of let me look around and ask a few of my friends about this. Ill get back to you when i find somthing. any particular model?

This guy (link) has some vB skins and you even might hir him so he design and deliver a custom skin in regards to your expectations .... (I have only seen his work in this right moment, so use this info under your entire risk
) ..
