Who, What, Where, When, Why, How?

Okay, my question isn't as long as my title...

How do you get the background image, that you place your image ontop of (with the normal image big, and the black and white and the flat colors?) Do you get that when you become a design member? I don't even know if I am making any sense... or even if this has beened asked before, sorry if it has.

The template can be downloaded should be in this section in a other post. But actually been more for the people who are in the Design Team. Cause it will be used for the commercial logo design section.

Other thing could you make your signature smaller cause it too big. And post those text in your introducing yourself post. And keep it short a slogan or just your website link.
