50 days ago requested payment but still pending

Hi,
I face a problem to payouts my first win prize.

I have seen on DesignContest. There are a few reasons to review my payout request.

1. This is my first win prize.

2. I was inactive for many days and suddenly back and win

This is the reason for review my payout request. Already it's reviewed near two month now like 50 days.

Please complete the process quickly and send the payout requested to Payoneer. I want to let know I am saruar jahan, no one hacked my account. It's really me.

I have been waiting for your legal photo ID with legal name and address

I sent this email to you 4/30 YOur 4/23 payout fell on the 4/30 payouts

I just tried to send payment again no luck. Please check with payoneer as to why you can't receive money or send a new payment method

Yes i sent my legal photo ID with name and address. Please, try again to send the payment to my payoneer. Also, I'm going to payoneer support.
