Hi,
I grabbed a gold medal almost two weeks ago. The client asked me right away for another layout for the logo. I included both versions for the logo and uploaded the files during the same day. Since then, the client hasn't responded nor did he confirm the files, releasing the prize.
I contacted DC through the contact form, but I'm not sure that was the best way to go about it. I was wondering if anyone could lend a hand with this matter.
