Withdrawing the runner-up

Hi,

 

Quick question. Why can't I withdraw my designs that have been awarded the silver / bronze badge? As far as I know I still own everything that's not sold and I should be able to withdraw and reuse them in part or in full, as I see fit.

We have this set so you don't remove medals on accident then want them back. The reason for this... you lose designer points and level down

 

So please make sure you want these removed before requesting them to be removed

Thanks for the reply. It would be easier to just be able to reinstate them or for the medals to remain on record regardless of whether the entry is withdrawn or not.

At the moment I don't require any withdrawing.. was looking for info on why I can't do it.
