can you help me regarding my finalization problem,

First: on 1-on-1 project, CH from goboxgo contest bought my design about a month ago, on January 13, 2021 I have signed a transfer agreement, until now there is no information or notification from CH, I don't know if this is is in process or what must be done to do billing / payment, here is the link: https://www.designco...5-from-goboxgo/.

Second: I won the Valley Family Medical contest on January 28, 2021, about a week after that CH asked for changes to the source file and I did, I have agreed or signed a transfer agreement on February 3, until now there has been no progress, can I get information about this situation? following link: https://www.designco...l/finalization/

I have made a Payout request to Payoneer on Tuesday 20 April, until now it is still under review.I have already sent you my National ID card copy  and a screen shot of my "Profile Information" page on the Bangladesh NID Application.Please complete my payout request today. Thank you.

Admin tries to have payments under review cleared for the next payout.

Have in mind that it was a Holiday in US. Please be patient until admin replies you.
