Why does file explorer keep opening randomly?

I just simply tried to connect my Redmi Note 8 on Windows 10 Pc. The issue is when it connected the fille explorer keeps opening randomly by itself. But when I connect it on another PC, it is fine. So anyone can suggest me why its happening ? Why file explorer keeps opening randomly on my pc?
