I used to visit this website quite a lot:
Barcode-designs!

I think it's a very nice idea to have a barcode have it's very own unique design. I'm afraid some designs are a little bit to extreme to be used for real.

I did this exercise in College and we got very creative solutions. Itis really cool to re-invent barcodes.

These are really fun. I love the green one and the leg. Makes me rethink about all the standard elements out there that can have a design edge to them.
