Im waiting for more than 1 month for the payment

Hello! I won the second place for logo design for 'Kind Ride' on March 22, I've already passed the whole process and I'm in 'prize transferred' They already explained the verification process to me, and that if I have an infraction it takes longer and yes i have one of other logo  from March 18 ... but we are already April 25. How long i have to wait?

'Kind Ride' contest was not a "multiprize contest". Something wrong is going on.

 Was a multiprize contest , the first one, then they make another one, but was "KindR Ride" and that one, was only one winer .I´m upload the surces a long time ago, and watting for more that one month, and nothing.

Bibibop, I have checked that already, but there is no Icon that says it is multiprize. However, here it shows:

On the other, it also doesn't shows on client's profile:

Still, if you got to the finalization process tab and delivered files to the client, that is only relevant.

When the contest is multiprized, the prize will be released once all 3 designers are done with the files and client approves all of them.

So, probably that didn't happen yet.

This contest was in finalization because of the gold winner

Multi prize contests always have to have  all complete before prizes released, This was told you MANY times the last 1.5 weeks I had to wait for the ch to get back with me.. I had to create the gold files  so this could be closed

SO guys stop and think why something might be delayed.
