It depends on rule violation. Usually infraction points have expiration date, but if it is hard violation (hard copying, blatant copying, continuous copying of other designers, inappropriate language and uploads, poor and extremely unskilled designs, non delivered or undeliverable final files if win a contest or any kind of fraud) is made then it goes on permanent ban status.

Hello,

If a designer on a website or platform accumulates 90 infraction points and gets banned, the process and chances of getting back on the site may vary depending on the specific rules and policies of that platform. In most cases, being banned with such a high number of infraction points indicates a significant violation of the platform's terms of service or community guidelines.

Some platforms may have a temporary ban, during which the designer may not be able to use the site for a certain period before being allowed to return. Others may enforce a permanent ban, making it more challenging to get back on the platform.

It's essential for the designer to thoroughly review the site's terms of service and community guidelines to understand what led to the infraction points and ban and to determine the appropriate steps for appealing the decision. Being honest, respectful, and showing genuine remorse for any wrongdoing can improve the chances of the ban being reconsidered. mcdvoice

I hope my suggestion is work for you. if not work please tell me.

Best regard,
