Hello, I was going to ask this in the chat but nobody replied (I can't see the green chat icon on the right of my browser page), so I'm asking here about it.
I have currently 20 infractions points and a pending payment which was requested 5 days ago.
I have read in the rules and in the general FAQ of the site that infractions may delay payment, I understand that, I just need to know how long they will impact the timing. For example, the 20 infractions points on my profile expire on February 2024, does this mean the payment will be released on February 2024 even if such infraction isn't related to the contest I won (example: infractions were for art copy in another contest with another client) ? Just wondering.
Thanks in advance for your response, hoping this post will serve to others as well. Of course, my concern is when I'll receive this money, since other sites usually release the payment in 5 days or at the same day and I've seen other people in the forum asking about it so I was well worried. I have nothing to say against the infraction, even if the work wasn't completely ripped off (I just thought the concept was original when I submitted it, but it appearently was not as it looked pretty similar to another existing design on Internet), I'd just like to know how infractions can impact the timing of payments.
Of course, also, my account is mine and it was not hacked (I've read about this as well) and for any info I'm available if necessary.
