what does that mean? do you have to pay even if you don't win the contest? when the link is clicked it produces an error

HI there  Yes there was some testing going on. but real notices went out as well.  Why are you guys not withdrawing?

I will put it back this time  but please do not leave unused money in your accounts. We are not a bank, it is illegal for us to act like a bank, this is why unused funds within a yr have been removed.

please comment back with dollar amount that was withdrawn so i can fix it
