hi designcontest community, 

I just won my first contest,
then made my payoneer withdrawal on Wednesday 04/24/2024, but until now the status is still pending,
After I opened the withdrawal confirmation email, it didn't lead to any payoneer account, like the attachment I added, is this normal?
Or is there something I need to do?
