admin will take care of everything..

payment to designer is done every Thursday local time around eight, that means you will get notification on Friday early morning according to Asian time...

just make sure all your data and payment account are correct,

because this is your first win it does take time for admin to review all the truth of your data....

 

I had to wait for the prize for more than a month on the first win, and even now there are many things to consider...

so stay enthusiastic and focus on the contest and keep working....

It was the client's fault whether I had to bear it too as a winner. I had to delay my payment because of the client's error. Looks like that doesn't happen on other sites. Thanks

Every site has its own set of rules to follow. Give it at least a month to complete this transaction as this is your first win. We have all been there.

I am really sorry, I understand your frustration. But as I said the other day it is your first win, both designer, client and the source files have to be cleared. What if it is a fraud client with stolen credit card for example. 

Admin is still waiting final word from a client for a full clearance. Please be patient.
