i can't see my design

Hi admin,

i just want to ask why i can't see my design in a contest that i participate?

i never received any notification, the CH never blocked me

no matter how i refresh and filter the designers my name never appeared

i just realize this when i check the finalization to know who is the winner

may i know what's the reason why this happening? thank you!
