ok, try the same, but from the Forum page this time:
1. log out
2. go to Forum page
3. log in
* in case it didn't work try: to eventually clear cache, history, cookies from your browser, and then afterwards, repeat the 3 steps above
** let me know if it works.

@Admin I can only reply to your conversation via mobile (Wizgo) or via email.
As for the PC browser, when I haven't logged in to my account, a conversation will appear.
However, after I log in the conversation icon will disappear.

Thank you for your advice.
However, unfortunately I have tried it from any browser, the results are still the same.
I don't understand this either.
I still feel comfortable because of this feature on mobile.
