long finalization

how is my finalization progress:

it's been a month but there is no response from the contest holder.....

how is the situation, i don't understand, but does the client have the right to apply a design that has not been finalized yet...

and if possible i would prefer to withdraw the design if the contest holder or client has no intention of closing the finalization...
