I started working with Macromedia Freehand program, which I thought was very good at the time. After that I had to work on Corel. The program is easy to use. Corel raced until today with the most powerful Adobe Macromedia. Corel tool is widely used and is very effective. I do the same graphics faster and more efficiently with Corel software than Illustrator program. That is the truth.

I don't know, Winchester but I'd learned this issue on t-shirt layouting from a manager/owner of a garment company when I'd applied to his company for graphic designer a few months ago and they'd mostly use Corel Draw for their t-shirt designs and layouts and even larger layouts which is as size of a car or jeep in which he said to me and Corel Draw could handle that kind of layouts than AI.
Maybe we should investigate more on this one especially on the garment or clothing companies out there.
But I do really admit that I prefer on AI than Corel Draw because its quite geeky type of software and its easy to learn and to use it and I have difficulties on using Corel especially if I'm already too much dependent on using AI.
Well, the owner of the garment co. in which I'd asked about it before made a right answer though, I'd tried to export a png format from an AI file in which I'll going to export that file to a 3x4 ft tarp and it caused a memory error onto my computer but when I tried to export a png format on Corel Draw, from that file I created it [first I copied and pasted it on a blank 3x4 ft template of Corel Draw], it successfully exported a png file without a memory error onto my computer. And I learned this lesson, and probably I'll try to do this on a 30x15 ft tarp, today and hopefully it won't get an error or crashed my computer.

It depends on what software you put your hand on first. Both of them are good. You can make any design in any of these software. So don't worry about limitations as neither have any, when it comes to graphic design.
My first choice was illustrator, but now I've also learnt Corel. I really don't see any big difference.

I always used the illustrator. But I had to force myself to use Coreldraw because my company uses only the Coreldraw.
Now I know that if you are working on the bigger size of projects, Coreldraw is better than the Illustrator. If you are working on the small size of light projects, perhaps the illustrator would be better.

For me at First was easier Corel Draw, But after some time i started using Adobe Illustrator and i havent change ever since then.
I think Corel has a more friendly interface for beginners. But once you learn to use Illustrator you realize it is better.
Also i think that using adobe is much more comfortable, as i use a lot of programs from the adobe pack (ai,dw,id,ps) and they all have the same interface and controls. Sometimes if i use Corel, and then Indesign, my brain gets a bit confused with some controls, and shortcuts.

If You have a good idea, You can all, posibility, manipulate with 3D elements too. Corel is more good for texture, business cards, flyer, because he have some good and power effects with gradient, colors, and other.

The only problem that occurs in relation to all and Illustrator, and Corel, and Photoshop is when a designer do the work for example logo design for example, how to adjust color-explain, some logos can just switch the color or track if all one layer, thus we have to manually select the percentages of color, which I think is not right though, because let's say, what if someone does not wants that color, and whether another that prints. Mana Illustrator, which I have seen, there is no adjustment in Grayscal mode, even if we go over to rasterize Effect card becomes craizy, which is very, very bad and knows annoy users.
On the other hand, this problem is well solved in Corel and I really like it, because Corel is much faster once the situation when it comes to 3D elements, and has a nice even color, no stain color, etc.

The differents is big, here is example one of this, and that is true, you can see that
